Prank Presents - All you need to know about our Prank Mail

Prank Mail is fast becoming a very popular trend for the UK. Sending a prank package is easy and simple from Prank Presents. We have detailed below a small list of our FAQ's to help you out. Choosing a prank package to send is the hard part but Prank Presents have a large choice of prank mail to send so we are sure you will find a prank package to order with ease!

  • What is a Prank Parcel?

    A Prank Parcel is exactly that... a prank parcel delivered by your postie for a little bit of fun and humour.


    Our prank parcels/prank packages are a postal box or tube with a fake website and company that on the face of it is highly inappropriate and embarrassing for the recipient. 


    However inside the victim will find a card explaining all that they have been pranked and also a little gift loosely related to the prank present they have received.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We currently send our postal pranks to UK addresses only.

  • How long will it take for you to deliver my prank package?

    For orders made between Monday-Friday before 2:30pm we dispatch on the same day.


    For orders made on the weekend these will be dispatched on Monday.


    We post all our prank packages via Royal Mail First Class and delivery is usually 1-2 days.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    You will receive an email with confirmation of your order as well as when your order is dispatched so you will know when your victim will receive it!

  • What's your return policy?

    We have a no returns policy, after all we wouldn't want our postie to think we was weird!
